Here is Tamara
with her art Car. This is the first year for her to participate in this art
parade. She is saying many of her neighbors in South Minneapolis, MN, have been
joining the art car parade. To my surprise, she uses this car for her daily
life. The sign on the side reads, “Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil
