Here is Laurie
and Scott's art car. I think their car is one of the earliest cars which showed
up at the market on that day. They have decorated their car with clothes,
instead of painting the car as most people do for their art cars. The advantage
of this art car is that they can change their art easily. The front sign says
"Fashion Victim Mobile." Laurie, 2nd from right, explains their car to the
visitors with Scott, far left, standing behind them. This is the 2nd year for
them to attend the annual Art Car Parade. They are from Brooklyn Park, MN, but
Laurie grew up in California, which, she is saying, is a very nice place to
live. Her hometown produces wine. This photo was shot at Midtown Public Market,
South Minneapolis, MN, before the parade on 060722.
