We were determined to see the raccoon’s face. J  Yeah, around one and a half hours later (around 9:34 a.m.), we were finally successful in seeing the raccoon’s face in the tree crotch. It looks like the raccoon just woke up. Very Cool!!!  This pic was shot at Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden and Bird Sanctuary (Theodore Wirth Park) on 100626.   
As we mentioned before, raccoons raid a snapping turtle’s nest to eat eggs. See our Picture of the Week #376. It’s interesting to learn that 80 percent of young alligators fall victim to birds and raccoons.           Raccoon's Sleeping | 日本語
