The answers to BLT and O.J.

BLT = bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich

O.J. = orange juice

How to say them at a restaurant:

I'll have a BLT.
I'd like to have O.J.

BLT sandwiches are very popular items on restaurant menus, and they are usually listed as BLT.  Orange juice is usually not called O.J. on menus.  But you can order orange juice by saying O.J.  Note: the Japanese often have difficulty in pronouncing the "r" in orange juice, so OJ is easier to communicate with people.
