日本では、春分の日と秋分の日は、国民の祝日として祝います。　夏至と冬至は、カレンダーで、知るだけのことが多いと思います。

アメリカでは、春分、夏至、秋分、および冬至のいずれの日も、カレンダーで、知るだけのことが多いと思います。　とにかく、このいずれの日も休みになりません。
