A New Big Ice
Palace in Downtown St. Paul for the 2004 Winter Carnival
The 118th Saint Paul Winter Carnival will have the first ice palace since 1992.
Before the 1992 ice palace, another ice palace was built in 1988. See the photos

the NHL All-Star Game during the Carnival. This Carnival could be a "Must-see."
Also, for the Japanese, you would experience coldness that you would never have
in Japan. This is because St. Paul is located at the same latitude as
Northern Hokkaido and, in addition,
St. Paul is inside
of a large continent while
Hokkaido
is by the ocean.
