Here is a pic of a baby Cowbird, which seems to just fledge. We saw this baby Cowbird being fed by its surrogate parent Yellow Warbler. The baby Cowbird is much larger than the parent Yellow Warbler. Yellow parents are busy feeding what they believe is an oversized warbler baby. Sorry we couldn't shoot a pic of the Yellow Warbler feeding the baby Cowbird. This pic was shot on Gary's Birding Walk in Coon Rapids Regional Park, Coon Rapids, MN on July 6, 2011.
