Pasque flowers
(pasqueflowers) bloom in early spring. Pasque flowers are also one of “Spring
Ephemerals”. This pic was shot at Arboretum, Chanhassen, MN on 060427. It took a while to locate these flowers in the Twin Cities area because pasque flowers grow wild only in dry soils*.
