There are many small haunted houses as well as big ones across the country. You often see a sign of a haunted house while driving during the month of October and especially the week before Halloween.

ハロウィーン時期のお化け屋敷は、大きなものから個人の家の側にテントを使って建てた小さなものまで、たくさんあります。ハロウィーンの前の一週間前位から、よくお化け屋敷のサインを路肩に見かけます。聞いた話では、全米に、何百のお化け屋敷があるそうです。
