St. Paul Bouncing （チームメンバーの女性をブランケットで、空中に高々とトスする）Team* の会長、Tom Gengさんが、小生たちのサイトに、St. Paul Bouncing Teamの情報を、昨年の暮れに、送って下さいました。といいますのは、Tom Geng氏が、小生たちのサイトに、ポストされている彼らのパフォーマンスの写真** を見たからです。

Tomさんによれば、小生たちは、知らなかったのですが、このSt. Paul Bouncing は、歴史の長い、全米でも有名なSt. Paul Winter Carnival^＋冬の祝祭の第一回から、行われてきたそうです。また、驚いたことには、このBouncingイベントは、エスキモーの狩猟の伝統に由来しているそうです*。明日、St. Paul Minneapolis で行われるSt. Patrick’s Day paradeでも、St. Paulバウンシング　チームは、パフォーマンスをします。
