Drill Teams,
Saint Paul, MN. Here is a picture of one of the drill teams in the Rondo Days
parade. The drill team competition is one of the biggest events during Rondo
Days featuring drill teams from all over the U.S. that had some kind of
connection with the Rondo neighborhood that was destroyed by the construction of
Interstate 94.
