Banding: Naturalist Debbie shows a Northern Flicker ("Yellow-shafted Flicker") after it was banded. She says, " 'Yellow-shafted Flicker' has yellow wing lining and under-tail color*"(as you can see in the pic). Note: A Northern Flicker ("Yellow-shafted Flicker") is not a raptor.
