Dragon Boat Race, Lake Phalen, Saint Paul, MN. Here is a picture of the Dragon boat race on Lake Phalen. The top boat was the winner by grabbing the yellow flag first. But this race was very close. It's also very interesting to learn that each dragon boat has a drummer between the flag catcher and the paddlers. Dragon Boat Races look fun!
