MN. The
Central Livestock Association will conduct the final auction at
the South St. Paul Stockyards today. Note: Stockyards workers include farmers,
yardmen, buyers, sellers, auctioneers, butchers, meatpackers, truckers, cafe
owners, and bankers. “Livestock” is cattle, hogs, sheep, goats, etc.
