continues.
The State of State Address,
an annual speech is given by the governors of most of states of the United Sates
from January through February.
In February, we’re still in mid-Winter. It’s good for the Winter Carnival. But
once February is over, spring is finally on the horizon. March is not as cold as
December, January and February although we usually have a lot of wet snow in
March.
The NFL season starts in September and then culminates with the Super Bowl,
which is usually scheduled on the first Sun. of February or the last Sun.
